HOW CAN I PURCHASE YOUR JEWELLERY?

Currently my Jewellery is only available to purchase online via my website and social media channels. I aim to release my art in small batches and collections around every 6-8 weeks. The exact time and date of my next release will be displayed on the welcome page of my website and in the bio section of my Instagram account so please follow along for the most up-to-date information.
All my work is handmade and due to this fact I may not be able to keep my shop stocked 24/7. If there are no items available on my website it means I have entirely sold out of stock until the next shop update.

WHY CAN I NO LONGER FIND YOUR JEWELLERY IN SHOPS?

In the past my jewellery has been available to buy in both Bristol and Gloucestershire based galleries, gift shops and a few choice salons, but when the last of these collections sold out in May 2022 I launch my own website and moved my little business online to give myself more control over what I make and when I make it. For now, my jewellery is only available to purchase through my website and social media channels but if the situation changes I will add a stockists section to this website and announce it via social media so please do follow along on Instagram to stay updated.

DO YOU TAKE PART IN ANY MARKETS OR CRAFT FAIRS?

I do occasionally take part in local art trails and craft fairs and will announce these on my social media channels as and when they arise. Please follow along on my Instagram account for the most up-to-date information.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS OR COMMISSIONS?

I am usually able to accommodate 2-4 commissions per every 6-8 week cycle but my books are currently full until September 2023. When this situation changes, I will announce it in both my websites shop and the Bio section of my Instagram account. If this is something you might be interested in please follow along and keep an eye out for more information.
I am still able to take requests into account so if there is anything you would like to see in a specific size, style or with a different gemstone, please drop me a message and I will try my best to accommodate your request.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELLERY?

I currently dispatch items to the UK, Channel Islands and non EU countries.
I do not currently dispatch as standard to EU counties due to the customs and paperwork/hallmarking complications created by Brexit. However if you do live in the EU and would like to purchase from me please get in touch so we can check your countries hallmarking regulations and customs requirements to see if it is possible.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

All of the items in my shop will be ready to ship within 2-3 working days of placing your order unless stated otherwise in the product description. For insurance purposes I only send my packages via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed within the UK, and International Tracked and Signed to the rest of the world.

If you are UK based your package should be with you by 1pm the next working day once shipped, I am always happy to work with you to ensure the package arrives on a day that best suits you, please just drop me a message at rawmooncreations@gmail.com once your order has been placed and I will be more than happy to help. Please Note I am unable to ship packages out on a Saturday or Sunday and any packages shipped by 12pm on a Friday should be with you on Monday Afternoon.

If you are based anywhere else in the world your package should arrive between 5-35 days depending on the destination.

I will always send you an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. Please note that once a package has been dropped off at the post office, any delays are outside of my control. I rarely have any issues using Royal Mail tracked services but please be aware that delays do sometimes happen.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may be applied to their package so please be aware of the policies for your particular country before placing any international orders.

For those of you who are local to the Forest of Dean, I do offer a pickup option during the checkout process in my websites shop. This option means that you can collect you package from my home address in Bream, and you will not be charged a delivery fee. 

​

If you select this option, you will receive an email from me once your package is ready for collection, this will typically be around 2-3 working days from your order being placed. Please do not attempt to collect your package until you receive confirmation telling you that it is ready. 

​

My full address will be disclosed in both the confirmation email you receive at the time of purchase and again in the email confirming your package is ready for collection. 

​

During weekdays I am unable to accommodate pickups during the hours of 12:30-2pm and 6:30-8pm so please do not attempt to collect your item during these times.

 

If you would like to collect your package on the weekend, please drop me a message once you receive confirmations that it is ready so we can arrange a time when I will be home to save yourself a wasted trip.  

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO REPLY?

The best way to contact me is either via the get in touch tabs in the top and bottom sections of this website or by emailing rawmooncreations@gmail.com 

I try to check my emails daily and aim to reply to all enquires within 48hours.

You can also contact me via direct message on either my instagram or facebook pages. Please be aware that messages sent via social media can sometimes slip through the cracks, if your enquiry is urgent it is best to email me to ensure a timely response.

Everything within my little business is done entirely by me, nothing is outsourced, or mass produced.

I’m the designer, maker, stone sourcer, photographer, customer services assistant, accountant, web designer, copywriter, marketer, packer and chief tea brewer, so please be patient with me. 

I will always reply to your messages and queries as quickly as I can, but please understand that this may take a little longer during busier periods. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes I do accept returns but please be aware that I am unable to accept returns of earrings or custom order pieces unless the items are faulty.

If you would like to return an item please contact me within 3 days of delivery to let me know. All items must be returned to me within 14 working days of contact being made. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging for a full refund to be issued.

 

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. For insurance purposes it is recommended you send all jewellery items via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed

I pour my heart and soul into each piece of jewellery I make and want to ensure that each and every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. I want you to love your item as much as I do, so if for any reason you are not happy please do not hesitate to get in touch and I will do everything that I can to accommodate you.
